Emailed DS-3032 October 20, 2011

Hi, All.

I sent the DS-3032 email from my wife's account on 10/20/2011 and did receive the generated acceptance message immediately. I was just wondering if anyone has sent there DS-3032 around the same time and have had there Packet IV payment invoiced/generated yet.

I took 4 days to receive the acceptance message of the ds3032 and the next day I received another email with the IV invoice. This was in September.

Thanks, Navyk. I happened to call earlier today and the operator said that it could take 5-10 business days for the bill to generate. The operator did say that they have received my Affidavit package and approved that and are now awaiting the DS-230.

Ours was also sent on 10/20/2011. We have not heard anything after the acceptance message.

Just an update...

I called NVC earlier today and the operator said that my DS-3032 is still outstanding and they are waiting for it. I replied that my wife emailed it on October 20 and received the automated acceptance email. She then put me on hold to speak with her supervisor. When she returned, she said that they are still reviewing my choice of agent email and once it is invoiced I will be able to pay it online.

Later on today...

I received 2 emails from NVC today at 3:51 and 4:14; respectively. The first email says that the choice of agent has been registered. The second email states that NVC is still awaiting the DS-3032. When I went to the NVC sign in website I was finally able to pay the bill.

Maybe there has just been a lag for a week or so. Hopefully everyones will start to clear up soon too. Do call NVC though and find out the particulars regarding your case. All the best.
