I'm planing on applying for USC next year(originally from Senegal). If and when I become a USC I wanna petition for my siblings... Here is my case:

I have two sisters who live already in us over 21 years of age both(non immigrant) and two lil brothers under 21(9 and 13 respectively) who still leave in AFrica with both my parents.

Now for the 2 under 21, the route I would most likely chose would be to petition for my parents who can include the lil ones as their relatives in the application that way it should be immediat for the two lil ones same as my parents. Am I correct or Am I missing something?

As for my 2 older sisters, they will have to go the longer route right? Or can I just wait till my parents are aprouved as CG holder so they can petition for my older sisters for faster prcessing?

How long would it take for my parents to be eligible for citizenship once they would be approuved for GC?

Also what are the forms needed for their journey?

The reason I ask is because I wanna be ready for if/when the time comes, because with Immigration timing is really important, but also knowing which route helps.

Thank in advance for replie$....

Your parents would have to come and then file for ALL the children. You don't get to bring children with parents. All sibling petitions take about 11 or more years and they do allow bringing other family with them. Your parents would take 5 years at least to be citizens as their GC isn't based on marriage to a USC.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Ok, thanks for the answer, but that leads to more questions lol

So what are my options? I could file for 1 parent that way the other parent stays back home with the kids...So is it that as soon as my mom is approved for her residency she could file for my lil brothers(back home) and sisters(who are here in the states)?

If yes what would be the timeline for my lil bros back home to get their residency if they are approved? Would it be same for my sisters who are over 21 but unmarried?

Or another option: Could it be possible for my little brothers to come here with my mom as tourist while she will be coming thru her residency?
