Affidavit forms about to expire?

I'm about to Adjust Status after entering on a K1 visa and getting married. I entered on September 2 and we were married on 11 October. My I-94 expires on December 1st and I've already gotten my social security number. We want to adjust status and plan to do the medical, do the paperwork and send the documents by the first week in November. The problem is the I-864 form expiration date at the top is 10/31/2011. My question is do we fill it out and send it even though it will be expired by November? Or will the USCIS update their website with new forms after October?

So many questions, any help would be greatly appreciated

That is the most recent edition of the form posted on the USCIS site. You can use it.

Always check the USCIS website for the most recent edition of any form. The form page will also tell you what other editions (if any) of a form are acceptable.

DJ, question.. did you have any luck getting driver's license with i-94? We have two months left on I-94 and we have not tried yet. We are going to wait for EAD.

I have not tried to apply for a drivers license. I'll do it once my EAD arrives :)
