hello guys my petition got expired so i am asking if someoen expired in this of what the needed forms i will need to refile again and if i need realy to fill up a waiver i just need some experienced in this to tell me what to do exactly because i am lost and i am wondering if i can refile again these days and send the petition before i get the expiration notice from the california service center i need your help guys in a hurry time and as fast as possible :(

We actually filed before they told us it expired and got through. You need to fill out all the paperwork and submit evidence and pay all the fees over again. You need to send a better petition than the last one so that this time you have a better chance at approval. That probably means front loading and thoughly addressing the reason the first petition was denied. Although in theory you don't need an waiver for the second petition you can enclose a statement that boths states you shouldn't need one because you are filing for the same person and requesting they grant it if they don't agree with your opinion ( cover both bases )

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Sept. 28, 2011 - Text/Email notificaion receipt

Oct. 4, 2011 - NOA 1 hard copy for I-485 & EAD (dated Sept. 30,2011)

October 11, 2011 - Biometrics Letter received (appointment date November 2, 2011)

October 24, 2011 - I-485 transferred to CSC

November 2, 2011 - Bioemtrics done

Dec. 1, 2011 - EAD card production

Dec. 9, 2011 - EAD card on hand

Feb. 10, 2012 - Green Card production

Feb. 16, 2012 - Green Card on hand

ahh thank you so much guys for everything u did and u are still doing for us it is realy a hard time to go through this petition all over again and i just needur support guys and ur prayers as well bcause me and my fiance are going through a hard time so i want to know the forms we will need together can i get a link to them ???
