I have not been able to pay for my interview, because the account does not load the fields for credit card, when I choose the option that the consulate has asked me for appointment, I returned to the applicant's details page, the same when I try to make payment by phone, the system ask me credit card's data, I advanced until when I enter the date expires of the credit card, and the system says that the date entered is not valid, but my date is correct

I'm desperate, someone had this problem and you got help? Please I need your help. Thanks and blessings

Call your credit card company, make sure there is no limit or block on your card. Ask them to authorize it.

If it still doesn't work, maybe your partner can give you their details.

I have had the same EXACT problem with them. There is no way to pay over the telephone. You can pay at a bank, Im not sure which one, but you can call and ask. (Although they rarely know the answers.) However, when there are open appointments via the stupid CSC Visa Information Service, you can pay as you're making an appointment online. I think that is the best way to go. Have you been able to get an appointment via the online system?
