I just paıd the ıv packet. ıt just saıd ıs ıs process should I sent ıt wıth the receıpt or just waıt untıl saıd ıt ıs pay

You have to wait till it says paid cause it will give you a Cover sheet with a barcode to send with the papers

you must wait till the status is Paid....as you have to send it with the bar coded sheet.Once the status is paid you will get a link of Bar coded sheet just print it and sent it with iv Packet..in the mean time you can collect all the Original required for iv packet

paid via the online payment portal, right?

You'll need to wait two or three days, until that status changes to 'PAID'

as then, after you see that,

you'll be able to download the barcoded coversheet

and the payment receipt. (Yer to include these with the DS-230, btw)

Wait for it, a bit more.
