i need help please, so my fiance has a job right now but needs to leave due to to much stress, my question is if she finds a new job will she be able to still do the affidavit of support and if not could my father do it instead of my fiance? please help with any options availible, thanks to all who do.

As long as the new job meets the income requirement it should not be an issue.

If your father is a US citizen or green card holder he could be a co-sponsor.

whether your fiance is working or not, she will still be your primary sponsor and fill out the I-134. if she doesnt meet the 125% poverty level (whether thats because of low wage or no wage) then she will need a co-sponsor like her father who will also need to meet the 125% poverty level

Is your father a US Citizen or have permanent residency here? If so, and he meets the income standards for hsi household size, then he can co-sponsor you. If not, then he is not eligible to be a co-sponsor for you.

yes my father is a u.s. citizen and does meet requirements, as a matter of a fact he petitioned me for a family f1 category i130 visa that is approved but my priority date still hasn't came up. he filed the i184 and it got approved. as for my fiance i doubt she will make the requirements. how long does she have to be employed at the new job and what bank info does she have to get to meet the requirements. thank you
