Gosh darn USCIS never sent us any interview letter and never gave us the opportunity to drive to downtown Chicago for an interview.

They just approved the filing and sent the Greencards. We missed a big chance to have an excellent meal at Greektown.

Go to the original date and then go to the second one if that doesn't work out.

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!

dagum USCIS!! I would of traded with ya!!!:P no interview would of been nice but of course we were lucky enough to get one!! and then a cancellation notice on top of that if its going to happen to someone it was always going to be us :( but on another note interviews seem to be happening sooner than the transferred cases soooo I guess we should look at it as a blessing! Jacksonville is one of my least favorite cities to visit but we will probably hit somewhere nice to eat.. I don't think i have ever had greek :unsure:

September 3, 2010 - forwarded to dallas

September 6, 2010- recieved in dallas

September 7, 2010 - forwarded to vermont service center

September 8, 2010- offical date of NOA1

September 9, 2010- text and email alerts 2:30 a.m.!!! but worth being woke up to

September 10, 2010 check cashed

October 3, 2010- joined VJ going bonkers waiting....

March 4, 2011 NOA2 after a long 177 days waiting ( no text email or onliine update.. still says in review)

March 10, 2011 NVC received and issued LND#

March 12, 2011 NOA2 hard copy received

March 17, 2011 we are at London.. packet 3 sent out

March 18, 2011 packet 3 sent back to London

March 22,2011 MRV-paid

April 1, 2011 Medical

April 15, 2011 Interview- Approved! orignal interview date May 13 requested to move forward received less than a days notice.

updating this thread for those that my be researching rescheduled appointments... all and all we have now received three interview dates.. orginally the 10th then changed to the 14th then to the 28th of Nov. We did received a notice from the local office saying our new appointment was the 14th sooo today we showed up bright and early for the 7:30am appt. to only have this nice young man call our name 45 minutes later saying we needed to come back on the 28th he told us how sorry he was and there was really nothing he could done because NBC over booked them... soooo we we return in 2 weeks for aos....

At least now you know what to do and when. I'm sure you understood early on that this immigration stuff could be expensive.
