Soooo this might sound like a silly question...BUT does the I-134 need to be filled out and signed by my fiance in the US??

If so, he needs to send this to me ASAP!

April 13 2013 - RFE Received for Copy of Birth Certificate.

May 28 2013 - EAD Approved
May 31 2013 - Card production ordered.

June 3 2013 - Card Mailed, expected delivery date June 5.

September 25th 2013 - Became an official resident!!

October 5th 2013 - Green Card Received.

August 24 2015 - I-751 for Removal of conditions received by California Service Center.

August 24 2015 - NOA Receipt Date.

September 24 2015 - Biometrics.

oh yes it is a very important piece of information. there is much information needed to be gathered for that and you will need it before your interview. It is one of the main things they (USCIS) need to see as it shows their eligibility to support the beneficiary. And there are few that need to be notarizes.

Yes, along with 2 proofs of his income unless you have a lot of cash/assets to self-sponsor. London allows that.
