hi every one

what is the red flags for morocco consulate (I am filing CR1)

I was reading that the visa will be denied if we have one of the red flags, I have so many how can I defense my relation I wish I can be there the day of the interview but I have work and it's not possible at all....Iam so frustrated.

I am 26years older than my wife.

I am divorced twice

my second ex- come to usa under K3 visa

I filed I130 right after divorce (1motn)

Red flags: 1) Age difference - usually when the female sponsor is older than the male by many years.

2) If the beneficiary has any relatives in the U.S. already.

3) Short courtship - if beneficiary has proclaimed they love you within the first weeks or

months and proposed marriage to you. Of course, that is probably more likely a male who

would propose.

4) Getting married on the first visit.

5) Getting engaged within the first year. (Look on the USCIS site for warnings about Moroccan

internet relationships).

6) Not enough relationship evidence - not enough time spent with beneficiary in their

country.

Hmmm, maybe others can think of some. I would say that it is probably easier that she is female, rather than male. You will probably have to explain your previous sponsorships, though.
