Hello I applied for the k-1 visa for my fiance and our interview is on 10-31-11 in Cuidad Juarez, Mexico. I just graduated so i currently do not have a job so i was wondering does my dad file form I-134 or I-864 since he is going to sponsor my fiance and do i have to fill one out also?

Thank you

You are the petitioner.

You are required to fill it out regardless of income or no income.

You BOTH fill one out. You BOTH provide documentation of income. He must also attach proof he is a citizen or permanent resident

Thank you, I have another question I hope you can answer it. On question 10 of the I-134 form it says " I have submitted a visa petition(s) to U.S. Citizenship and Immigrants Services on behalf of the following person(s). If none, state "NONE"

I know what to put for my application but what does my dad put there does he put my fiance name or does he put none??
