I read a lot of differing opinions on how much stuff to send. I have no problem with meeting requirements In fact my thing is just how much over the Min do you need to list for assets. I really don't feel comfortable send a total finical disclosure.

And does anybody else worry at all about sending that much confidential info , Copes of Tax returns, Letters from banks, check stubs,. if that all fell into the wrong hands someone could really have a field day with it.

We used 3 years of tax transcripts, a letter from my employer and a few paystubs. I also printed out 6 months worth of bank statements. What I see advised most often here is tax transcipts, employment letter and paystubs.

Best of luck!

1. 3 Yr. IRS Tax Transcripts. They are free , concise, and condensed, and accepted by government agencies.

Note: You can call a toll free IRS number and order them, get them delivered in 5 business days. It's simple.

2. Letter from Employer on official company letterhead stating when you started, what your position is and how much you make.

3. Bank Reference Letter : I got reference letter from bank and investment brokerage, and IRA acct.

4. PayStubs: I provided 2 months worth of paystubs.

If you get this documentation with the submitted i-134, you will be fine..

Good luck

If youre making more than the poverty level, it's not necessary to include other assets. Just provide 3 years IRS tax transcrips, letter from employer and 3 months latest pay stubs.

That is all I did and during the interview, they only took the 2010 tax information and letter from employer. They did not even bother with the

pay stubs, but it is always advisable to have too much information than not having it. They also asked Patty for money remittance receipts,

which we had. So, the moral is be prepared for anything and everything!

Good luck!

I didn't worry about it. I sent everything by Fed Ex. They have a pretty good record of getting things to their destination.

I didn't worry about the Embassy either. They could find out everything about you in a nano-second if they wanted to.
