"Touch" application before noa 2

Just wondering and my question goes to those that got their second noa. Should i see my "touch" date change right before my noa 2?

Also getting that text message/ email alert of the noa 2 can it only be between business hours or one could it expect it anytime?

You can see a touch before a NOA@ however not everyone gets a touch before approval some people see no movement in there case then they all of a sudden get hard copy in the mail of there approval.

The txt/email can come any time of day

Maybe you will see a touch maybe you will never see a touch. They don't mean anything so do not rely on them.

Maybe you will get it in business hours maybe you wont. I got some texts 2am I got some during business hours.

The only real thing to rely on is the actual hard copy notice you get in the mail at your mail box.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Good news I guess, because every day when 5 o'clock would pass I have thought that there would be no way I will still get that alert for the day and would look forward for the next. So now I guess it could be anytime 24/7.

I got my NOA1 text at 1am, and my NOA2 text at about 2 in the afternoon... So, expect it anytime of the day.

My case was never "touched" and our petition was approved

Sept. 2009- met while studying in Italy
1/3/2011- engaged
3/28/2011- I-129f mailed
4/4/2011- NOA1 email
4/11/2011- NOA1 hard-copy
8/3/2011- NOA2
10/12/2011- Interview and Visa Approval!

January 7 2012- wedding

07/22/14-Mailed I-751 to remove conditions

01/28/2015- removal of conditions approved
