daughter has had 2 police HI All cautions

Hi All

I got my police check done which is clear loool no existing homocides or bank robberies ....

I will be sending off for my daughters soon. She has had 2 previous cautions. I think one when she was 15 for being drunk and disorderly and the second just after her 18th being drunk and disorderly and possesing a fake ID. Will this hinder her application? She was arrested and held in the police station overnight on both cases and let off with a caution. I know that on her forms i will have to declare these right?

hi!! i have a friend who also had a civil record to the police. it was because of a car accident which was a year ago. here in the Philippine Embassy the consul said that they will check on the NBI (national bureau of investigation) if they already cleared him with the record. he said his visa is on hold for administrative review. but since they didn't give back his passport, we're guessing that he will be given a visa once they know that his record is clear.

Yes you will have to declare these need to be open and honest about everything and as she was arrested could hold things up for a bit. Wish you luck though

Honestly, i don't think you have anything to worry about cause they're just cautions. When I went for my interview in London I had a caution on my police certificate from 2008 for shoplifting and the woman who was interviewing me just said don't worry cautions don't matter :) they aren't a formal judgement of guilt. Just tell the truth and you will be fine.

Thank you guys ....... i spoke with a lawyer at the weekend he said that because they are cautions they will be flagged up but because they are not convictions there will not be a problem ..... Phewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww I really paniced big time x x x

PSSSSSSSSSSS along with her police check i have applied to get her records. My guess is that as long as i can evidence everything i will be fine .... I am becoming like a woman obsessed
