We got a RFE and all it wnated was proof FI was american..Hes pretty sure he sent in his birth certificate passport the first time...SO re-photocopied and re-sent.

Today on their website it says transfered to Vermont processing center...does that mean we have noa-2 or????

Hopefully you sent back the RFE letter along with the info. You dont say how long back that was. Its critical for the RFE info to be connected to the case file.

The case has been transfered to Vermont for adjudication which should result in the NOA 2 if the RFE became part of the file.

We had the same thing an RFE stating my now husband was an American even though we sent them birth cert, passport and military ID :angry: SO we sent it off again and was fine and no it just means it has been transferred to Vermont for processing. You should hear soon

It says they recieved our response..so I would assume its been connected to the file... Hoping it goes quick...this is getting harder on the kids esp with the season starting and him travelling so much...

If they have received it then you wont have long to wait a matter of weeks we were approved 2 weeks later.
