hi me and my wife just got married and we wanna start the procces but we need joint sponsor which is very hard to find.

i wanna ask if somobody knows if i can be selfsponsor, the thing is i wroked here 2 years without autorization i did my taxes and pay everything correctly,

my wife cant be our sponsor coz she didnt make enough last year, but i made well over the poverty line and i will this year again my wife will be close but i think she wont be enough again, can we joint our founds?

Agree with Harpa, you can't count your income if that income came from unauthorized work. We had to find a joint sponsor(my husband didn't make enough last year)and I thought it would be hard to find a joint sponsor (maybe because I would be reluctant to do so) but I was surprised that my sister in law said yes right away and we had a couple of back ups - not family - that also agreed. Guess I'm trying to say that it may not be as hard as you think. Specially if you take the time to explain to the person the process, why you can't count your income but that you are demostrating that you have worked, currently have a job and will not be a burden to them. good luck

Agree with Harpa, you can't count your income if that income came from unauthorized work. We had to find a joint sponsor(my husband didn't make enough last year)and I thought it would be hard to find a joint sponsor (maybe because I would be reluctant to do so) but I was surprised that my sister in law said yes right away and we had a couple of back ups - not family - that also agreed. Guess I'm trying to say that it may not be as hard as you think. thanks we will try to find sponsor but hers family cant help us that the problem and i dont have anyone here just some friends most of the people i know they dont make 18300 and the obligations everything looks scery and most of the people when they see it they change thirs mind thanks a lot

Are you currently working without authorization? If so, you cannot use that income to qualify.
