Hi everyone I have been searching on the forums for a long time and couldn't find the information I was looking for. Me and my husband are filing for I-751 next week. Although we have tons of evidence that proves that we had a good and real relationship i.e. pictures, joint Bank statements, joint Credit cards Statements, out of state trips, Affidavits from friends and Family and etc etc.I am not worried about this part we have plenty of stuff to prove here, But for the last 2 years of our joint tax return that we are sending along with our I751 package has extremely low income 3-5K due to being a full time student. It was self reported income but we still filed our taxes together, we had financial help from family. Will the USCIS ask for a joint sponsor? like an I864 from a family member. When we initially filed our I485 we had a sponsor. I never came across a question like this so any help would be greatly appreciated.

The I-864(s) filed in conjunction with the adjustment of status is/are still in force. Another one is not needed at this stage.

you past that stage with the 1-485. no longer needed to prove affidavit of support...you only need the tax to show married, filed joint tax returns, since you both are married, as proof that your a true bonafide marriage.. income don't matter, just the JOINT TAX return or joint tax transcripts,
