Hi everyone,

I recently joined this site because I'm hoping someone on here can help me and advice regarding my situation.

I am a permanent resident of Canada and I applied for a job in U.S., but CBPO denied my entry into the U.S. and asked to sign a Form I-275, but they didn't took my finger prints or picture , however what happened before the company/Agency which I applied for send me an offer letter I took it to border with all documents and CBPO gave me TN visa, after that I return to Canada and prepare to fly US, meanwhile company/agency told me they have issue with their payroll company they want to issue TN visa under their name and they sent your documents to immigration attorney for further clarification, I applied first time to work in US so I wasn't aware about the process how it will work, however I don't know why payroll company was asking $$ from company/agency and want to issue TN visa under their name, a day before to fly company/agency told me the contract will not work so wait for our permanent offer I told I bought a airline ticket and my hotel reservation what would i do with them company/agency told me we don't know and wait from us to get permanent offer (company/agency didn't told me about my TN visa status they are going to reject) I called airline to cancel ticket but they told we will not refund you I already paid too much on this and also arrange to live in US so thought lets go to US (as I been there before many times) and will come back after a week like visit, so that I will use my airline ticket but when I reach at the POE, CBPO told today (the day of flight like 7 or 8 hrs before your employer withdraw your application and your not eligible to enter and I wasn't knew about that because company/agency didn't told me about that but can I go for visit and told about my all situation he told me no until you show us your working in Canada like show us proof of residency & employment in Canada, payslips etc) and returned me with this sentence "Disposition on X X (name) appears to be in violation of section 212 (a)(7)(A)(i) of the INA. subject was escort our of secondary and return to Canada"

I am still jobless what should I do well I spoke to company/agency they told they working on permanent offer but they don't know how much time it will take to get offer letter everything happened last minute please let me know what should I do?

These were the situations regarding my incident:

So based on the fact these are my questions/concerns:

- Is this violation?

- Will I be allowed entry if I provide the information that has been requested?

- Have I been red flagged in their system? I'm really concerned about it? Does it stay in the system forever or will it really be gone after to show evidence?

- I would like to know how this violation will clear or will stay in my history and what would be the next step if I will go back to POE with permanent offer letter and every time they will treat me like this?

Any help with this is greatly appreciated!

Thanks..!!

So you are a Mexican Citizen resident in Canada who attempted to enter the US with a B2 Visa.

The B2 Visa is no more, you will undoubtedly find it difficult to get another one.

With regards to the job issues, that is really something to talk to your prospective Employer and their immigration Lawyers.

The way you describe it sounds like there is a communication failure.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
