I had posted a few days ago but not sure if it actually posted. My fiance and I (We live in Cancun) are going to Orlando on Saturday, we just sent out I-130 packet for the K-1 visa last week. Is there going to be a problem when we get to customs? We are going to Orlando for 5 days and then to Minnesota for a week for my sisters wedding in November. Do we need to say something to the customs agent? Has anyone gone through this?? Thanks in advance for anyones help!!

No you should not have an issue as CO do not know that you have a 129f pending. Just make sure she has evidence from Cancun and that she will return. I take it you are the USC? Should be fine have a fun time in Orlando I love it there.
