Our lawyer is compiling all our data, pictures, letters, proof, basically our entire lives together to prove we are worthy of this waiver. I'm just venting my nervous energy here in hopes that someone might have that silver bullet we could use. I've included a pretty compelling letter of hardship with medical supporting docs from Docs. I would entertain any other ideas or "angles" that we could add to improve our chances. Thanks for your well wishes as well as your support and replies.

Yes, we've done quite a bit of research and sort of "kept our powder dry" till time to get busy with the waiver. The sad thing is it boils down to a crapshoot and how the people making the decisions feel that day. Doesn't seem cut and dried at all. Thanks for your wishes!

Yes, I've heard in our case it's a two year wait for review of decision, so I pray we get it the first time.......It'll only be one year October 1, but it's been a long one..........
