On September 13, 2011, we transferred this case to our NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER location for additional processing. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. NBC is an office in Missouri.

RFE is you getting a letter in the mail requesting more documents or corrected documents.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I think this is where they interview you alone first before they approve your petition. This happens on occassion and you should wait for the letter to explain.

May 24, 2011 NOA1

Sept 11, 2011 NOA2-took 19 days to get case number

Sept 30, 2011 NVC number and IIN received Friday-gotta wait till Monday

Oct 13, 2011 Case Completed- 13 days from receiving case number Took 32 days from NOA2

Nov 30, 2011 Notified of Interview date

January 19, 2012 Interview- 240 days from NOA1

INTERVIEW RESULTS-APPROVED WITH 14 WEEKS AP--but he got his visa in 56 days!!!!!!

PLEASE EDIT YOUR TIMELINE IN YOUR PROFILE SO OTHERS CAN LEARN HOW LONG EACH STEP TAKES IN THIS PROCESS

hhmm wonderful....im sorta confused....the lawyer prepared our stuff.....

Call the USCIS and ask for a Tier 2 person and ask them exactly what does this mean.

Its not a RFE but as i know you are waiting for aprroving of your NOA1

im sorry but i never heard of it USCIS transferred the case to NBC

hmm maybe they are going to approve it

I would say do not according things to your lawyer

if its already out of approval time that uscis says ( 5 months)

then contact ur congrassman

Mine took 7 months to approved
