stuck in the mud now, Copies ok for I-130 not for DS230..

Anybody have any idea how long I have to get Documents

to NVC before our case gets pushed a side? Or is it

Already?

I-130 USCIS-98 DAYS

4-23-11 Fedex to Chicago

4-30-11 NOA1 Priority april 27 2011

4-30-11 NOA1 HARD COPY

NOA2 to NVC 14 days to get case number

08-03-11 NOA2 letter

08-15-11 DS3032 sent

08-19-11 AOS PAID -1 DAY TO SHOW PAID

08-20-11 I-864EZ AOS Package mailed

DS3032 accepted 08-23-11

paided I.V. fee 08-23-11

DS230 08-30-2011 to NVC fed-ex (overnight)

09-07-11 Cr-1 Copies of Marriage & berth cert Rejected

09-09-11 mailed original berth & marriage certificates to NVC

09-30-11 recieved interview date.. November 01

November 01-2011 Interview ok.

Novemeber 04-2011 visa pack issued

November 22 Enter into u.s.a :)

Original signature is required on the DS-23 and I-130 but see site http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/men...00045f3d6a1RCRD I would send original on both documents, maybe I am paranoid. See USCIS web sute and VJ guides.

You are fine. Just get the Original DOB, Marraige certificates and submit with the Cover Sheet from the RFE email or the one from your payment website. Did you submit copies Police Clearance Certificates and were they found to be alright!

USA

01/08/13 - Approved and GC is order for production on 1/8/14

09/12/13 - Case transferred to CSC. NOA2 received on 09/18/13

08/30/13 - Biometrics Done - No walk ins allowed at this LSC (received on 8/16/13).

08/05/13 - NOA1 (received on 08/10/13)

08/01/13 - Mailed I-751 (received on 8/2/13 - check cashed on 8/5/13)

12/28/11 - Received SSN (applied on 12/20/11, as we didn't get based on DS-230 options)
11/28/11 - Received Green Card (Expires on 10/30/13) - Welcome Letter on 11/17/11
10/30/11 - POE - Houston, TX

Chennai Consulate (40 days)
10/28/11 - Received Visa papers and Passport at VFS
10/25/11 - Interview Cleared Successfully (Spouse was not allowed in)

NVC: (90 days from NOA2 to Consulate)
08/31/11 - Case Completed (Interview 10/25/11) - Received at Chennai on 09/19/11
07/22/11 - NVC Case Number

USCIS: (92 days)

6/21/11 - NOA2 (NOA1 on 3/25/11) - took a month to get to NVC
3/21/11 - I-130 sent to USCIS Lockbox, Chicago.

Yes No need for Indonesia Police Cert..Its just copies

they Reject.I called them & they said Jakarta needed

Original & they will give them back to her in interview..

I am told DHL can guarantee delivery by friday if she mail on monday...

Is that to long if they sent september 07?

Usually 1 year from the last corresondence date.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
