What happened to CSC... I noticed a lot of fast approvals coming from VSC... Does the wheel has just turned?

Good question, I am wondering the same. I have always heard CSC is usually faster but now it seems VSC is faster. Anyone know?

They're on time (it's 3 months minimum wait). I just got my NOA2 - they're on the second half of May filers. Some people were lucky to get approved fast, but for the rest, especially those who recently filed, you just have to be patient.

April 21st, 2011 - Civil union in the US

July 30th, 2011 - Wedding Ceremony in Paris with friends and family
