hi there.... am i right that since my husband filed there in the US...so its like they will be sending my packet to usembassy manila.... so when i get to be ther for my interview everythin is ther.... is that true?! do i stil hav to bring original copy of AOS, payslip.w2?????? can anyone help me with this?! im really confused... by the way im CR1..

You should bring copies if you can, as they may have lost them.

Also bring originals of stuff you only sent in photocopies before.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

well i sent them the original birth,marriage certificates..and my NBI.....so im asking my husband to send me a copy of AOS,W2,PAYSTUB,...but he ssaid that its not needed anymore cos it will be send to embassy..so when i go for my interview everthing is there already.. help me understand this........

Everything that was submitted will be at the embassy, so he is right on that front, BUT people make mistakes and things get misplaced, so taking a backup copy of important documents is prudent. The chances are high that you won't need them, but if you do need them, you are out of luck...the effort to take them with you is minimal, so tell him to shape up and to make your embassy as riskless as possible by sending you the documents..

okey,, thanks for that!! ohh by the way can you tell me what is the docs that i hav to send to national visa?just to make sure that i dont frget anythin.....

we cant afford delays right now...thanks in advance
