How accurate is the estimated date here as compared to what Igor's list shows? Igor's list has so many in front of us that the number of processed average per day doesn't seem to match the estimated timeline list

When you're looking at Igor's list it counts all members who typed in their timelines. Some of these users either forget to update, never return to VJ or other factors. I've seen lots who don't update their timeline.

Try looking at this one: http://cse.ssl.berkeley.edu/igor/vjdata/default.aspx

Basically it's the same data as Igor's list but all petitions that are passed the 5 months mark are moved to a different section. Scroll down to "still waiting for NOA2 from CSC" or something like that. I think you're #138 on that one compared to #196 on the other.

K1 process, October 2010 > POE, July 2011

I-129F approved in 180 days from NOA1 date. (195 days from filing to NOA2 in hand)

Interview took 224 days from I-129F NOA1 date. (241 days from filing petition until visa in hand)

From filing I-129F petition until POE: 285 days

Click timeline or "about me" for all details.

AOS process, December 2011 > July 2012

EAD/AP Approval took 51 days from NOA1 date to email update. (77 days from filing until EAD/AP in hand)

AOS Approval took 206 days from NOA1 date to email update. (231 days from filing until greencard in hand)

From filing I-129F petition until greencard in hand: 655 days

I found that Igor's list was pretty much dead on with the CR-1/CR-2 that I petitioned for.

It was a little weird at first because of the transfer from CSC to TSC fiasco but it settled down pretty well.

Unfortunately it doesn't extend to NVC because that's been a far more frustrating wait.
