RFE means Request for Evidence. In my case since I used the old I-129F form, they will probably want to ask me about potential criminal background. The RFE will specify what additional information they are seeking. The key is to get it back to them as soon as possible. Take care and good luck

An IMBRA RFE asks about crimes and convictions and whether you`ve met through a marriage broker as per the legal definition. There are some other follow up questions after that and you`ll be asked to send out court records if you`ve had convictions. Take a look at the updated I-129F to get acquainted with what info you`ll have to provide them with.

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.
