My interview was on August 19, was approved for a visa but still no info when i get my passport. Online status only shows prefered DHL branch( mine is in Markham), no personal information, no passport status. Tried to call them - said visa not printed yet. I already booked my US trip for next week and i need my passport with visa. Do you have any info about passport delivery to DHL. Is it once a week or every day? Can my visa be rejected by this point? Thank you in advance for any info

DHL delivers every day (except weekends and holidays).

While you got approced, your visa, still can be denied. You shouldn't book your flight till you actually got visa. There have being several situations on this forum, when people had approval, but then got denial of visa, or embassy taking additional time for AP processing.
