The Letter of Intent does not have to be Notorized but I did. (Not needed Really) Just make sure The Petitioner and the Benificiary each have separate documents signed and dated in Ink. Simple as that.

12/17/10 ....USCIS received the Filed I-129F for K1-visa
12/21/10 ....Received hard copy,NOA1
5/25/11.......Received RFE
6/09/11.......NOA2 approved
12/07/11.....Visa fee paid at BPI
6/11/13.......2nd visa fee payment
7/10-11/13.. Medical Exam completed@St.Lukes Clinic
1/15-16/14.. 2nd Medical exam updated
1/21/14...... k1 interview-Visa Approved

8/29/14...... Submitted AOS application
10/03/14.....Biometrics
01/07/15.....Received my EAD card

01/31/15..... I got my SSN from the mail

Not necessarely, but you can do that if you want to, we didn´t send it notarized :)

No notary requried but must be original signature, on BOTH letters. You need updated letters from both the petitioner and beneficiary, with orginal signatures on both.

When I had my interview, only my fiance's I-134 was notarized. Other documents had our original signatures and his ITR was only scanned.

A quick question, does I-134 necessarily be notarized during your interview :unsure: ?

There is no need to have any document notarized in the normal K-1 process. I think the old form I-134 had a place for a notarization but the new form does not. A notarization does not "help" your case in any way so don't bother with it.
