Next week will be three months since her interview, we had to send in her resume about two weeks after that.

This waiting is hard even though we are together here in China.

Congrats on the visa Beachey :) 3 month wait I guess.........

You will need to send back passport. Did they have her fill out an EMS sticker? That is a little unusual for blue, normally they pay for the notification. I would plan on 60+ days and hope it is sh

Yes, my fiancee filled out a EMS even though she got Blue.

I see... my husband did not fill out an EMS sheet so I hope they will mail the call back letter to the address on the DS 230. Its been a week since they had our Singapore police certificate. I hope they don't need additional documents. :(

Great news!!!!!! We received final approval letter today. Is was actually approved on Nov 17th......A little less than 90 days since interview and blue slip.......my love will be with me for Christmas :) Thanks all for the help and support.

08/18/09: I-130 Sent to Chicago

08/20/09: I-130 Received by USCIS

08/25/09: NOA1

09/22/09: NOA2

10/05/09: Received case# and gave emails

10/07/09: Received DS-3032 and AOS email

10/09/09: Sent DS-3032 email to optin electronic filing

10/15/09: Paid both AOS & IV fees

10/16/09: Received email electronic filing accepted

10/18/09: Sent AOS via email

10/23/09: Received email that AOS was accepted and waiting for IV

10/27/09: Sent IV via email

11/10/09: Signon to payment failure

11/19/09: Received email for interview - December 14th

12/14/09: Approved for Visa

12/16/09: Received Visa

So, a call in letter, to come in with the passport? Or they have the passport still?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

We received the final call in letter saying the visa is approved. The letter gave instructions on how to mail in her passport to GUZ. We mailed in her passport within 2 hours, lol.
