AOS supporting documents missing or incomplete

Timeline

With AOS packet my wife sent

W2tax document's photo copy of years 2009,2010 on 20th of this i received the following check list email from NVC and according to them marked 2010 documents are missing but my wife sent 2010, 2009 documents together.

"

Supporting Documents missing or incomplete

[x] The listed income tax documents/IRS statements for the years marked below are missing/incomplete (if you

have lost any of the requested tax information, contact your local IRS office to obtain a copy) (Only Federal

returns (not state or local) are acceptable unless the sponsor's income was earned in Puerto Rico.)

• Federal income tax returns, literal printouts from the IRS (RTFTP) or a Letter 1722 issued by IRS

are missing/incomplete for the year(s): [x] 2010 [ ] 2009 [ ] 2008 [ ] 2007. "

How to know what exactly they want ?

They told you what they want in the RFE. They want the tax documents for 2010. She needs to send them again. They either lost them or she did not include all pages of it so they are requesting it again.
