We submitted AOS packet first 2 week ago and IV packet we sent after that.

Today i received email from NVC with subject "CHECKLIST COVER LETTER" and here are the following contents

______1 - IMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION PART 1:_______________________

The National Visa Center is waiting for an Immigrant Visa Application to be submitted for this case.

The Principal Applicant and any other Applicants who will be accompanying him or her to the United

States must now download and complete an Immigrant Visa Application; please visit the followig

website for instructions:

http://immigrantvisas.state.gov (click on the link for "submit Visa application and civil documents")

Please submit the Imigrant Visa Application form(s) and required supporting documents for each

Applicant in one package to the National Visa Center; sending this information separately will delay

your visa.

Checklist for I-864EZ (filed by XX

NVC has reviewed the financial evidence submitted. However, additional information is

required to complete the financial evidence review.

Supporting Documents missing or incomplete

[x] The listed income tax documents/IRS statements for the years marked below are missing/incomplete (if you

have lost any of the requested tax information, contact your local IRS office to obtain a copy) (Only Federal

returns (not state or local) are acceptable unless the sponsor's income was earned in Puerto Rico.)

• Federal income tax returns, literal printouts from the IRS (RTFTP) or a Letter 1722 issued by IRS

Q.1- We have already sent the IV packet containing DS-230 and supporting documents according to the wiki why NVC saying that DS-230 and supporting documents are missing ? we sent AOS first then after 1 week we sent IV packet is that the reason they just received IV packet 1 day before the sent me this email ?

Q.2- I understand from the above email is that NVC want lats 4 years tax return document of my wife, my wife only submitted last year tax return document.

This is possibly the false RFE I have read about.

May 3, 2011: Received NOA1 hardcopy in mail
July 26, 2011: Received NOA2 via text/email!!!
July 30, 2011: Received NOA2 hardcopy in mail
August 8, 2011: NVC received file
September 1, 2011: NVC case number assigned
September 2, 2011: AOS invoice received, OPTIN email for EP sent
September 7, 2011: Paid AOS bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 9, 2011)
September 8, 2011: OPTIN email accepted, GZO number assigned
September 10, 2011: Emailed AOS package
September 12, 2011: IV bill invoiced
September 13, 2011: Paid IV bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 14, 2011)
September 14, 2011: Emailed IV package
October 3, 2011: Emailed checklist response (checklist generated due to typo on Form DS-230)
October 6, 2011: Case complete at NVC
November 10, 2011: Interview - APPROVED!!!
December 7, 2011: POE - Sea-Tac Airport

September 17, 2013: Mailed I-751 to CSC

September 23, 2013: Received NOA1 in mail (receipt date September 19th)

October 16, 2013: Biometrics Appointment

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

This is possibly the false RFE I have read about.

Actually we received about 3 false RFE and it contains a message pretty much asking for the entire package...as they upload into the system they need the two pkgs together so they issue emails regarding the other pkg....

this one is case specific requesting it looks like the 2010 tax info if that is the only thing checked. Did you send the 2010 transcript? or did you send a copy of the return? Since that is the only thing marked it looks like either it didnt get into the file as they uploaded or you didnt get it in the pkg to send. I would go ahead and resubmit this and not waste time since it is very specific as to what they want from you.
