What would be the word or term for "wedgie" in the various RUB languages, and what would be the term's literal translation into English?

In Spanish, the term is "calzoncillo Chino," or "Chinese underwear," meant to signify the thong-type underwear that Sumo wrestlers wear, si man.

Please ask your foreign spouse/SO if there is a known term for "wedgie" in their native language(s), or if they can come up with a reasonable one that their countrymen could connect with the concept of a wedgie, if they heard that term.

I don't think there is a term for it in neither Russian nor Ukrainian (the RUB languages that I can speak). You just have to explain what it is every time you're trying to talk about it.

:lol: I lol'ed at this thread! I don't think many Russians give each other wedgies, and if they do they don't have a special word for it. I remember some time ago explaining to Victor what a wedgie is and he thought it was hilarious! He also laughed at the similarity between the word veggies and wedgies, because I explained wedgies to him before I used the word "veggie."
