On the I-751, part 5 says to list all your children. I have 2 children from prior to my marriage with my current husband--he is step-father, not bio father. Do I need to list them here? Or is this only children that are biologically his? Thanks!

I would think you leave it blank. Sine your children are us citz, and even though he must love his stepchildren from prior marriage very much. I would think he would leave them off. But this is my opinion and we both don't have any children. Also very lovely family photo :)

The 751 is for the beneficiary only not the USC. SO if he does not have any children from previous marriage then no he does not put any names. If he does then he writes their names. And you are right your children are not his so No he does not put them unless he has legally adopted them.

Divorced !st November 2012.
