I am a co-sponsor for my son and his fiance. Someone told her yesterday that we HAD to have bank info for supporting documents regarding the I34 at Sydney. Here's the thing. I don't do banks and haven't for years. Has anyone had success without bank info specifically regarding Sydney? I have letter from employer, paystubs, W2s and tax returns (even though they aren't required).

Any help would be awesome.

Thanks

If your income meets the requirements then you do not need any other info.

Looking ahead to the Adjustment of status you will need to supply some past tax return data and sign a binding contract with the US government. You can examine the form I-864 at the USCIS website.

I am not sure about co sponsors but Sydney for sponsors does require bank letter and statement. They need to know about funds deposited and how long the account has been in use. You may have to email the consulate on that one.
