I know there are other threads on this, and I just don't get it. I signed up to receive automatic updates on my case at https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/index.jsp. According to that site (https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/Processtimes.jsp?SeviceCenter=Texas), TSC is NOT processing I129-F's, and I don't see a date of 2/15/06 anywhere. CSC (https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/Processtimes.jsp?SeviceCenter=California) is showing they are on 11/03/05, but it hasn't been updated since 02/08/06.

I can't get the page you all were using to show 02/15/06 for TCS to open properly, and I don't know whay two sites would have differing information. The site I am using is THE SITE TO USE, isn't it?

Clarification, PLEASE!

Yes, you're using the USCIS site, which is the official source, if not always the most accurate source. I don't think I've seen confirmation from anyone of an NOA1 coming from TSC yet, so that might be speculation. I'm taking it with a grain of salt until I see something fairly convincing. (Someone please chime in if you've seen evidence that I129-Fs are indeed going through TSC.)

If you filed your case through TSC before Feb. 15th, you should certainly be going through CSC, in any case. I don't think even the speculation is pointing to formerly TSC cases being shipped back to TSC.

Conditions Removed! Ten-year green card received 6/24/2009. No more USCIS for a very long time.

Thanks Carrie. It kept closing on me right away, but I copied the url and got it to stay open.

But now why is that site different than the one I am using? And has anyone talked to TSC yet to verify they are processing K1's again and this isn't misleading?

Looks to me if you choose the AILA Texas section on the right and scroll down to page 2 & 3 that it works. You do have Adobe Acrobat?

I would guess that if TSC has started processing cases again, that the February date would be so new because they don't have any old I-129F's to process as they've all been sent to California.

Does your case status online start with WAC? (California) Or does it have the Texas code (I think it's TSC, not sure)

Since there has been no update on the USCIS website then you should assume that Texas is NOT processing K1 visas. I also think that there are a few people who sent their petitions to TSC after Feb 15th and still got transferred to CSC. So, I would just sit and wait to see what the USCIS page update says.
