Hi all

Ok quick background. I am in Dallas, Texas and have married a beautiful girl. We dated for a year and a half and married in El Salvador. We did the civil wedding in the middle of June and are about to file for the I-130 form. We have both been doing extesive research especially with some help with some friends, books, and other people experiences. Anyways, before we file, I just want to double and triple check to make sure we have everything. Can you all PLEASE advise me if I am missing something? :

Me (Us Citizen)

Copy of Original Birth Certificate (front and back)

Copy of Marriage Certific ate (front and back)

Scanned of Passport

I-130 form

G-325A

Her (El Salvadorian citizenship)

Copy of Translated Original Birth Certificate (front and back)

Copy of Translated Marriage Certificate (Front and back)

Scanned copy of Passport

G-325A

I-130 form

Copy of Tourist Visa

Miscellaneous:

Copies of letters written to each other

Skype chat logs

Pictures together

Boarding passes

Passport photos of each

Ok, so am I missing ANYTHING at all? When I make copies of the passport, should I make a copy of all the stamps for the times she has traveled here? When filling out the I-130 form, does she use her married name, and list her name thats on her bank accounts, mailing address in "other names used"? Thats the info that we got..please let me know. Thanks so much!!!!!

Yes, I was born in the US, in Michigan. So I can just send a copy of the birth certificate, front and back. I just feel like we are missing something and I can't put my finger on it..
