Issued = Approved

Printed = actually created on a printer.

There have been VJ members who experienced delays picking up visas due to printer "issues."

When I last spoke to them prior to getting my visa, I did ask the agent to confirm my visa had been printed and not just issued.

ROC completed April 2014

AOS from K1 completed February 2012

Hi all,

Can anyone kindly confirm whether or not a difference exists between a VISA being "issued" versus one being "printed". And, for the record, has anyone here ever heard the actual word "printed" being said by a DOS agent?

Thanks!

DOS agent told me my visa was printed when I asked if it had been printed vs issued.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

DOS people are idiots. Dont trust anything they say till you get the e-mail from DHL saying its been picked up and the one saying its ready for you to pick up.

Its better to just ignore DOS in my opinion. Every rep will tell you something different and none of it will be related to your case.
