Enclosed please find a JOINT I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions on Permanent Residency status regarding my husband, XXXXXXXXXXXX.

• A joint I-751 form

• A check for $590, filing fees for the form and biometrics

My husband entered the United States on a K-1 visa. We are happily married living together and request that this petition be accepted for removal of conditions on the residence of my husband XXXXXXXXXX.

Enclosed also please find the following documents to verify the status of our marriage and ongoing relationship:

• Copy of Passport – Husband

• Copy of front and back of Green Card – Husband

• Copy of Driver’s License – Husband

• Copy of Driver’s License – Wife

• Copy of joint Federal and State Tax returns for 2009 and 2010 (with W-2s)

• Letter from my employer "EMPLOYER BANK" verifying the designation of my life insurance and 401(K) beneficiary to my husband HUSBAND

• Copies of XX Bank Statement from 2009 – 2011 showing joint ownership

• Copy of a Voided XX Bank Check showing joint ownership

• Copy of XX Bank now known as YY Bank Money Market Statements from 2009 – 2011 showing joint ownership

• Copy of Condominium Deed showing co-ownership

• Copy of Tax Bill for 2010 for property at XXXXX

• Copy of U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Settlement Statement showing both of us as borrowers

• Copy of Promissory Note (Mortgage) showing both of us as borrowers

• Copy of Homeowners Insurance Policy showing joint insurance

• Copy of Car Insurance Policy showing joint insurance

• Copy of Car Title from State showing joint ownership

• Copy of State Certificate of Vehicle Registration showing joint registration

• Copy of Health Insurance card showing both of our names

• Copy of Utility Bill

• Copy of We Energies Bill from the past couple of months addressed to both of us

• Copy of Visa Credit Card showing joint account

• Copy of Mastercard showing joint account

• Copy of our Honeymoon vacation itinerary from Apple Vacations (Mexico Honeymoon)

• Copy of our travel itinerary vacation to COUNTRY

• Copy of various holiday envelopes addressed to both of us

• Pictures of us together

11/18/08 - Arrived in U.S. on B2 visa

02/05/09 - Extended return plane ticket to stay for an extra 3 months

04/23/09 - Decided we didn't want to be apart even though we extended the stay and got married!

04/30/09 - Sent I-130/I-485/I-765 from B2 (no I-693 as it is not yet complete.)

05/03/09 - Received email form USPS stating that package had arrived safely and was signed for!

05/11/09 - Received NOA1's for I-130/I-485/I-765

05/16/09 - Received Biometrics Appointment

05/30/09 - Received a CRAZY amount of RFE's that were dated 05/21/09

06/01/09 - Biometrics Appointment Scheduled. In and out in 10 minutes!! Sent off RFE information (Should arrive in MO on Wed.)

06/03/09 - USCIS received RFE response

07/23/09 - I called to have a service request put in

07/24/09 - I-765 Touched (FINALLY)

07/25/09 - I-765 CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED!!!!!!!! (About time!)

08/03/09 - EAD card came in the mail WOOHOO!!!

08/07/09 - Interview letter arrived

09/02/09 - Interview Date

09/07/09 - I think this is the day I received my Green Card.. Can't quite remember anymore.

Removal Of Conditions

08/03/11 - WOW it's already been TWO years! Sent ROC package to VSC.

08/05/11 - NOA1 date which arrived 8/10/2011

09/02/11 - Bio Appointment the notice was dated 8/12/11

Pretty much an identical list of evidence to mine (minus a copy of the I-757 for the Adjustment of Status), and we've just had our approval through without RFE or interview. :)

NOA: 02/14/11

Biometrics appt: 03/21/11

RoC Interview: Not required

RoC Approved: 08/04/2011

10 yr Green card received: 08/10/2011
