By the way, I am so eager to schedule my interview but I dont know if I am eligible to do so. I still did not hear anything from US embassy because the NVC told me that the package is now being forwarded to US embassy. It should arrive today thats what the lady told my fiancee. I already have the visa case number thru email from NVC. Can I now move to the next level? I have everything in my hand... all my documents are ready and the fees... Im tooooooo eager to move but I dont have any signal to do it....

Call DOS and ask them if your case is at the embassy yet.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

since you already have a case number, you can already get an interview date. chances are you're gonna get a date that will give you enough time to receive those docs and have your fiancee do her medical.

good luck =)

Try to pay the visa fee and go schedule online.. if its not in USEM you cannot schedule..just what I did.. I pay the vida fee and the fololowing day I did schedule my interview online and it works so that means my papers is in USEM already.. so please do it and you can move on..next you can do online appointment at St. Lukes and have medical anytime...Goodluck hope this helps..

Here is what I would do...

1. Use your MNL case number (from the NVC) and your NOA2 to complete your medical at St. Lukes.

2. Don't wait for the Embassy to send you an email telling you that you are eligible to schedule an interview. If you wait for their email, you will waste a lot of time. Instead, you can read the eligibility letter if you click here.

3. It may take a week or so for the U.S. Embassy to receive your physical case file and enter it into their system. You won't be able to schedule your interview until the Embassy enters your case into their system. But go ahead and pay your visa fee at BPI. Then, next week, start trying to schedule your interview either online or through the call center. Keep trying every day. As soon as the Embassy has entered your case into their system, you will be able to schedule your interview.

4. Complete the CFO seminar.

5. Complete the interview.

6. After you receive your visa, go to the CFO main office to get the CFO sticker for your passport.

7. Welcome to the States! :star:

DOnt do online scheduling coz its waste of time.. ask your fiance to call for you for your interview just take few minutes you will get interview date. as long as you have MNL case number. you need that on your medical and the appointment letter.

I respectfully disagree! It is not a waste of time. I am not sure why it did not work for you, but it worked for a lot of other people. It was actually quite easy. It only took me 5 minutes and then it lets you print out your appoinment letter. Having said that, you can schedule online or by calling the USEM. Both ways work.
