Applying for my husband, when his parents are illegal in the USA

My husband's parents have been living in the United States illegally for some time now. They are Mexican citizens.I am not sure what to put on my husband's biographical info form where it asks for his parents city and country of residence. Do I put the United States or Mexico? I am not worried about them getting caught, just don't know how to answer that question correctly.

Married in 2010

2/4-Mailed I-130

2/9- NOA1

Was your husband born here, and if not, has he ever been here without inspection at a POE?? If there is anything no matter how small in his immigration background, you will almost certainly be involved in a waiver of one sort or another. If so, you need to go to www.immigrate2us.net --this site is for plain vanilla cases and the other site is for more complex things.

you need to answer what truth is, coz if you lie then that mis-representation and it can come and haunt you in future.

Mis-representation carry lifetime ban.

This post is right on point.

Talk to lawyer that knows how to handle these type of cases. I don't see you progressing too far without one in this particular case.
