Review of documents to submit for RFE

Can you guys please review the documents that I will submit with my RFE for removing condition? Received RFE saying not enough documents were submitted.

docs submitted with application back in February:

-1 month checking and 1 month saving statement

-car title

-car insurance (they want proof that car insurance was paid)

-tax returns for 2 year (rfe states they never received it so will resubmit)

docs to submit with RFE now:

-Certificate of deposit letter with both names

-driver's licence copies of both

-3 affidavits of father in law, mother in law and uncle in law (all notorized)

-2 years worth of checkign and savings account

-letter from back stating both are owners of account and date account was opened

-car insurance letter stating premium was paid

-retirement account showing beneficary

-tax return for 3 years again as they did not receive first time

-Itinery of past trip to atlanta.

-Itinery of future trip to houston

-photos

-credit card copies showing same account number.

Please let me know if i am missing anything...

I cannot include an apt lease as we live with parents and the house is in their name and so are bills.

Include a letter explaining you are living with parents and the utilities are being paid by them. If possible have your parents write the letter. You don't need to send notorized documents though. Good Luck!

thanks for the response. Are tax form and w2 copies different than tax transcripts? I dont have tax transcripts and if i order them it will delay sending response to rfe.

This is the fastest way to get Tax transcripts. Go to your nearest IRS office (you will have to make the trip). Take your ID and all you would need is Tax years you need transcripts for and your SSN. Depending upon the wait you should be done maximum in one working day.

tax transcripts have the same info that normal tax return have, plus they include info form w-2 too, but the importance of tax transcripts is that this documents are giving to you by the IRS, so you can not fake them and they are viewed as more legit by the USCIS. because with tax return you can crate a fake one using turbo tax etc. transcripts are not fakeble because they come form the IRS database. You can get tax transcripts in the same day if you call the IRS and ask them to fax them to you on the same day.
