i sent off my i485 and i130 packets the 25th of July. i used priority mail and they delivered it. but i never got any confirmation text or anything yet. and they didnt cash our checks yet. is this very uncommon??? :(

This is not uncommon, don't worry too much. I would give it a month before I investigate. I know all about the waiting game...stay positive

08.14.13 - Biometric Appointment Letter Received

09.03.13 - Biometric Completed

09.17.13 - Case Transferred to CSC

11.01.13 - CSC Transferred Case to Local Office to Schedule Interview

12.31.13 - Received Appointment Notice from Local Office (Long Island City). Interview on 01.16.14

01.16.14 - I-751 Interview

01.16.14 - Approved on Spot!! :-) Passport Stamped!

01.30.14 - CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED

hello there, usually it would take you 10-14 working days to receive the NOA receipt letter...just hang in there i'm sure it will get to you...goodluck.

im trying to hang in there too. its been 4 days since they received our package and we are biting our nails waiting for some notification.

08-01-2011 AOS Packet sent (I-130,I-485,I-765) via USPS Priority mail

08-03-2011 Package delivered via USPS tracking

08-08-2011 Received Text/Email that all 3 apps were accepted/Checks cashed

09-06-2011 Biometrics Appt. in Philly

09-14-2011 RFE Sent for 485. I forgot to sign one section of the 485

09-21-2011 RFE Mailed back to USCIS

10-14-2011 Card production of EAD ordered

10-17-2011 Interview notice (I-797C) received for 11-16-2011

10-22-2011 EAD Card received

11-16-2011 APPROVED. Card Ordered, Passport Stamped.

im trying to hang in there too. its been 4 days since they received our package and we are biting our nails waiting for some notification.

Thank you for replies... I know they need time and have a lot of cases like ours, but I still worry :( We sent them form G-1145 to receive response as soon as they open our package and didn't get anything, I just hope our package didn't get lost or smth. It was already 15 days with no notification :(

After 17 days of waiting we received a mail that everything was accepted... I hope things start to move faster now :)
