I am not sure if applying based on section 319B is any different, but you will go to the district office that services your area... so if that is the Fairfax office then that's where you will end up going. As for the interview time and oath - I don't think they will fulfill your request unless coincidentally it happens. You will be placed in queues and when your application is to be processed, they will schedule your interview and then they will schedule your oath. It could be same day and it could be on different days.

If every person requested special instructions, then they will not be able to satisfy all of us and the process will take longer....

Just thought of letting you know....

Good luck!

Filed: Citizen (apr) Country: Canada
Timeline

The Fairfax Office on Prosperity Ave seems to have 2 pm Oath ceremonies - although I'm not sure how many days a week.

In July - I had my interview after 2 pm and the IO said I couldn't get into that day's Oath ceremony (which was a Weds) she then scheduled me for the next week on Tuesday, saying it was teh next available OATH.

Their Oath ceremony room holds about 70-80 new citizens-to-be and then a small amount of room for family and friends.

I don't know if they speed up the process for section 319B, but you're looking at about 5 months from filing to Oath - November is a little early to expect an interview and Oath - count on late Dec/ January-ish.

Good luck
