Hi everyone,

We sent all the documents to the NVC last July 21. My husband included pictures and emails to prevent RFEs though, the nvc haven't told us yet to do so. Will it hurt the whole application? I hope it won't cause delay...

As far a I know... proof of relationship will be presented on I-130 USCIS stage not on NVC...

This is true. I don't think it will cause much of a delay as long as the required paperwork was done correctly.

"proof of relationship" presented at interview when doing a 1-130 case. If you are married in the initial stage you send the marriage certificates and so.

Thanks for all the replies. I'm just wondering what's gonna happen to our application since we sent files that are not supposed to be included. Will it cause a delay? its just additional proofs but other than that we followed everything in the right order.
