You need your case number for US embassy in the Philippines. Without it you cannot call or make any inquiry about your case.

Go online to the website and look up the instructions for K-1visa for Philippines. Call NVC or the lawyer and ask for your embassy case number.

You can proceed to pay the visa fee now as long as you have the manila case #. Wait for a day and then schedule your interview online. You will need your passport info, manila case #, and your receipt # from BPI when scheduling for your interview online.

You do not have to wait anymore prior to your approved petition to arrive at the USEM. We got our manila case # on 7/27, Patty paid the visa fee, and by 7/28 I scheduled for the interview on August 16. There were still plenty of slots for August when I scheduled the appoinment.

Here is a link of what is essentially the packet 3: http://photos.state....3__rtf2_001.pdf

Here is the link where you schedule online: http://cgifederal.force.com/

Here is the link for SLEC to get info for your medical: http://www.slec.ph/u...ml#clinic-hours

Meanwhile, get your fiancee to prepare the affidavit of support if he didn't already do so. You will need this for your interview as well as the DS Form 156, 156K, and 157. I hope this helps and good luck on the rest of your journey!

Well you wont be getting one because manila does not send out packets anymore, hasn't for a while.

And the manila website does have information. ALOT of information. Look it up K-1 visa info tells you what you need to do and everything. http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwh3204.html

So are you sure you have the case number from the NVC? The petition case number that you had before with the USCIS is different from the NVC case number.

Good Luck

Correct the new case number would start with MNL for Manila USEM.
