Anyone out there can help me,my husband sent the package last february but until we dont have yet the NOA1.

Have him call the 1-800 number and see if the check was deposited. If not it could have gotten lost in the mail and then I would just resubmit. He made copies right?

Wait its been 7 months since he mailed the application and you have not yet gotten an NOA1???

You should have called USCIS a long time ago if thats the case! Get him on the phone and find out what the heck happened.

I hope you are talking about an approval and not the NOA1..
