I AM CURENTLY FILLING OUT MY i-129f FORM. AND IM STUCK ON ONE QUESTION... WHEN THEY ASK ME WHICH US EMBASSY I WILL BE APLYING TO ABROAD, HOW DO I KNOW WHICH ONE TO USE??? I AM CURRENTLY IN OTTAWA, SO DO I WRITE OTTAWA CANADA?? OR DO I HAVE TO WRITE THE SAME PLACE AS THE MEDICAL AND INTERVIEW. CAUSE I KEEP READING THAT MY MEDICAL WILL BE EITHER IN TORONTO ONTARIO OR MONTREAL QUEBEC

SO FOR THAT QUESTION. DO I WRITE THE OTTAWA ONTARIO US EMBASSY ? OR SHOULD I WRITE TORONTO..HELP!!!!I WANT TO SEND OUT MY FORMS!

2010 NOVEMBER 30 - 3RD VISIT, HE COMES TO CANADA TO MEET MY PARENTS

2011 APRIL 17 - 4TH VISIT SPENT 3 MONTHS IN U.S WITH HIM!!! :)

2011 JULY 11 - ENGAGED

2011 AUGUST 5 - SENT I-129F TO DALLAS

2011 AUGUST 11 - NOA1 TEXT/EMAIL

2011 AUGUST 15 - NOA1 HARDCOPY

2011 AUGUST 17 - CHECK CASHED

You write neither because you only interview in Montreal. The only place that does spousal visa interviews is Montreal US embassy.

Nevermind you didnt post in the right section.

Anyway you put Montreal US embassy or you put Vancouver embassy thos are the ONLY two embassys that interview for K-1 and its based on which you live closer to.

If you live in Ottawa, you will put Montreal

Neither Toronto nor Ottawa will do an interview for a K-1

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

All signatures on forms MUST be originals, you need to send them.

Evidence does not need to be originals they can be photocopys. Original evidence is brought to the interview.
