DS3032 Pending @ NVC July 2011

I submitted the DS3032 email version on 7/13. Then submitted the official document by email 7/19. I just spoke with a very nice operator at NVC. She said emails are processed by the mail room, that they are experiencing a high volume of incoming mail, and to give it about 20 days.

I can't pay the IV bill until they accept the DS3032. Any recent VJ experience how long this is taking? My hopes for speeding thru NVC are fading...

I was wondering about this myself. I had my husband send the email earlier this week and other than the auto response we haven't heard anything else. It seems to be a case of hurry up and wait lol

i emailed them my ds 3032 last monday and i got this reply from nvc yesterday im not sure if this a confirmation that they assigned already my husband as my agent??? and also do i have to snail mail a pdf ds 3032??

Tripod, that sounds like an acceptance. Logon to the payment portal and see if your bill is available. If so, let me know so I'll know what to look for.

Last Monday as in the 11th or last Monday as in the 18th?

the problem is we don't have yet IIN so we couldn't start paying them. the operator said they will send it next week.. so I'm thinking IIN comes with the instruction they are sending.i thought they give it over the fone along with the case bumber

They gave me our IIN when i called and got the nvc case number so they should be able to give it to you over the phone.

Same here. I called the NVC and they gave me the IIN over the phone. Then you can logon to the payment portal and see if either of the bills are available. But I did the AOS bill first. Now I'm waiting for the IV bill. Check out the LingChe Shortcut guide.

Navigating the NVC is odd. You submit something, wait, call them and get told to wait more, then instant action. I just called about my 3032 and IV bill. The friendly lady told me to wait 20 days. One hour later I get this email. I assume this is acceptance of the 3032. My IV bill isn;t available yet but I'll try hourly and assume I will be able to pay today.

This is a strange way to run things!

I haven't received any emails saying the bills are ready. When I check the website that is listed to pay them it says there's nothing to process? So I can't see any bill at all. It's the same website for both bills isn't it?

You logon to the payment portal and there are 2 lines. One for AOS fee and one for IV fee. When you can pay a checkbox will appear with the fee amount. You can then select the bill and pay online. You want to do this right away because it takes them 2-3 + more days to process the payment. When fee status is marked paid you get an email saying you can actually submit the form (either I864 or DS230).

When I try to log in with my NVC# and IIN it says sign in failed this isn't available for further processing. I'm not sure why neither of them are showing up. It's like it's not even letting me log in?

Nevermind I figured it out. The bills haven't generated yet so that's why it's not showing

yeah I get the same message. I wonder how long have you been waiting to have the bills generated? I was told I should by Monday or Tuesday.
