US passport and CRBA

Hi i applied for us passport and crba of my son last week(US embassy Manila).My son and the consul enjoyed talking together since my son is 7 yrs old already and can answer whatever question the consul might ask.Most of the question regarding his father was answered by my son and some of it was me.And the consul did not require my son for DNA test but after the interview she told us that our case is under review???she also added that she wants to review more our case and ask me to leave it to her our photo album and that they will just call us if they need anything from us.She even told to my son that she will review it that day or the following day because she know that my son misses his dad very much.Then after the interview she told us to pay for the 2go courier outside the room.ANY ADVICE,IDEA,INPUT ON OUR CASE SINCE WE ARE UNDER REVIEW?THNKS

Wow..I was there also on the 15th for a passport..May I ask was the consulate a young lady..wearing glasses..kinda reminds you of a librarian..I dont wanna get into names..but I was told also after being told that a DNA would be nice to have but I could present photos and other documentation..and not only did this vice consulate suggest to me to stop by that area to set up a mailing of the passport..BUT..also that I get information regarding a SSN for my child..and I even asked why do all of that if I'm being denied a passport..

did she gave you a letter stating what is the status of your application or what thy need from you?
