Comments : As of today 12/09/2011 my petition is still somewhere at the Vermont processing office..After waiting the "required" 60 days after the 09/16/2011 RFE I requested an INFO Pass (Irving Texas) and was instructed to make a Service Center Request which I did immediately after my appt with the INFO Pass official on the 28th of November..I was given a reference# and told to wait "ANOTHER" 15 days from the date of the SCR to recieve a response..So that date will be the 12/13/2011..The only RFE has been for G-325A which I have submitted 3 times since 05/2011 and Im still waiting..No one seems to know anything about my file..Everytime I've called after waiting the "mandatory" 45-60 days I'm told that "your case being processed and not to worry" which is easy to say when it's not yours..
On December 22, 2011 sent email to President Obama website and USMail letters seeking assistance to US Senator Eddie Bernice Johnson..On January 3, 2012 recieved from Senator Johnsons office document requesting my authorization for them to make official inquiry into my petition..I faxed to Senators office the privacy release document they sent previously to me in mail..On January 17th I called Senators office and left voice mail with person assigned to my case..On January 19th called again since I had not heard back from Senators office and was told that an inquiry had been made..January 20th at 645pm recieved email/sms notification that petition approved..Praise the LORD..
On February 22-23rd my fiancee completed her medical exam at St.Lukes Medical Clinic..She recieved her stamp on her passport showing that she passed..Praise the LORD..Next step is the interview..

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
